Dear Cloudnine Hospital Team, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the entire staff at Cloudnine Hospital for your incredible support and care during the birth of my baby. My labor was long and challenging, lasting two days, but thanks to your dedication, professionalism, and kindness, I was able to deliver my baby naturally — and safely. I truly felt supported every step of the way, and that made all the difference. A very special thank you to Dr. Hriday Kapoor for his expert guidance and calm presence, and to Dr. Rakhi for her continuous care and encouragement. I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Nurse Poonam Arya, who stayed by my side through the most painful moments. Her patience, warmth, and strength helped me get through the toughest parts of labor, and I will never forget her kindness. Sincere thanks as well to Versha, Geeta, Poonam from LDR, Poonam from OT, and the entire OT and LDR team. Each of you played an important role in making this experience a positive and unforgettable one. And a big thanks to nurses from 2nd floor who helped me with my baby. Dr. Preeti and Dr. Laxmi were both extremely professional and kind. They made me feel very comfortable during the scan, and their calm and friendly nature really stood out. I truly appreciated their care and patience. My overall experience at Cloudnine was excellent. Highly recommended.
