I had an amazing experience with Dr. Alok Deb. He truly prioritize patient care over anything else. Dr. Alok took the time to listen to my concerns without rushing, explained everything clearly, and ensured I felt comfortable throughout the visit. It’s rare to find a doctor who is so down-to-earth and genuinely cares about his patients’ well-being rather than treating it as a business transaction. The hospital staff was also warm and efficient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for compassionate and personalized care!

The behaviour of ultrasonography staff is too bad.I came for along with my wife for checkup and the Nurse from upstairs she send for scanning emergency how they couldn't check the staff and still waiting I respect you but please look for these matter thank you 🙏

We had a terrible experience with this doctor, when we consulted him at first he said that the mother was healthy and the bridge of the baby is already seen and that he would do a normal delivery for her but when the mother went for her labour her water broke at 9:31 she was ready to push but the nurses said you cannot push we have to wait for the doctor to come, meanwhile the doctor was busy going on a ward visit and he came till 11 am on the labour room and said that the baby has low heart rate and we have to do c-section and that too the staff forcefully make the mother to sign the papers and wouldn't let her consult with her family. I felt so bad for the mother who had the energy to give a normal delivery who was very healthy during the pregnancy, but bad luck for her she has to go through this and I wouldn't recommend my family or friends to this doctor and hospital because the hospital charges are way too High. It's the worst nightmare that the family had faced and I don't want any other family to feel the same later , better opt for Ganesh Das I would say .
