Dr. Suman is nice, frustrating and worst experience, receptionist has no manner how to talk to patients. Dt. 21 sep 2024 I have booked my no 8am and I waste my time here 3 hours. Still the receptionist no corporate with us. Very disappointed. No decipline, language of receptionist not professional. This hospital have to change receptionist.

The receptionist or the lady who takes calls is unprofessional, rude and shameful. Doesnt talk nicely, doesnt give proper information, cutted the phone thrice witjout even giving proper replies. This hospital needs to change the receptionists.
