It’s shocking how rude and unprofessional you both are. As "RECEPTIONISTS", your job is to assist patients, not to act arrogant and cold. What’s even more baffling is that there’s absolutely nothing exceptional about your skills, attitude, or even your position to justify such pride. Your job might not be glamorous, but being polite could at least make it respectable. If basic manners are too much to ask, perhaps you should rethink your career. Patients deserve far better than this pathetic display.

Not a real hospital. It's just a medical centre. It's better to go somewhere else to get professional help

One of Medicine Doctor was very rudely towards patient,is that way Dr.reply to patient question,if any question arise in patient mind related to particular disease if we dont ask Doctor then whom to ask? Very disappointed,i suggest be calm while talk with patient.. may be u have your personal tension,but it should split it with patient,as we considered Dr as second to God..!! Higher authority please look into the matter seriously,overall good!!
