Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Appreciate the Doctors and staff ⚕️ taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options.The Doctors and staff are very understanding and listens to your concerns. They takes time with the patient to help them with their health issues! Was referred over by my general doctor and can see why. Highly recommended.

The receptionist was extremely stubborn and wasn't very polite. When we asked questions she seemed like she didn't like answering us. And when i got first to sew e my doctor she let the others who wer'e half an hour late go in before me. I understandbit when they let old people in before us but this girl let 3 other people's in before me and i was the first to reach there. I am very disappointed and i would never in my lifetime go to city hospital again

Worst customer care at reception counter. What is the use of putting reception counter number when you rejected the call! I called number of times but my call was not picked up then again it's busy and then they pick up and rejected it. Worst customer care I ever experience. By the way I don't understand the hospital system because I tried to see a gastroenterologist and they told me it's full for the year. They're not running a hospital they're running a business. No hospitality. That's all I could say.
