Worst hospital ever, the price rate is high with less service. The counter manager had scammed me . Charges me extra by increasing the rate of blood test at that moment. So hostile behaviour that I ever saw
I booked for Covid vaccine. On Wednesday. I gave my name and number to them.. On basis of one my colleague who contacted them on my behalf. They contacted me this morning telling me whether I was available this day. I said yes.. They didn't call me after that. I asked my colleague to call them back. They replied to him saying that I cancelled my appointment. I never said that. And on open forcing some representative called my colleague and told him "tell that vai to come on Monday"... I have a freaking name. That has been submitted. They have no right to refer me as that... damn. Racists.
Worst hospital ever. My daughter was in a car accident and they told me to wait. like, what kind of service is that?
