"The staff here are a bit rude, and after the doctor’s check-up, they simply hand over the prescription to the staff without clearly explaining what issue the patient is facing or why certain blood tests are being done. They prescribe all the medicines even before the blood report arrives and just ask the patient to come back after five days. The report seems to have no real purpose."

The doctor there is not an ENT specialist..She dont even know Ear wax removal treatment ..
