Neelam Hospital & Research Centre-Multispecialty Hospital in Bokaro

Very disappointed with the service here. My brother had a leg fracture and was admitted in stable condition. But the hospital staff showed no urgency and didn’t do a proper check-up. He went unconscious the next day, and we had to shift him to Bokaro General Hospital on our own risk. There, doctors found that he also had rib fractures which were missed completely at Neelam Hospital. This kind of negligence could have been fatal. Not recommended for emergency or serious cases.

Trust me this is the worst hospital I have ever been to. My father was admitted here. They charged heavily for just observation. I am a person living in Bangalore. The observation that my father went through was very nominal and they charged around 20k for that. They are literally looting people. The worst experience ever.
