Asian Hospital Dhanbad

Hospital facility is very modern and all staffs are very helpful. I visited this hospital for comprehensive health checkup for me and my family and Mr. Chandrashekhar Yadav helped and his team helped me through out the procedure right from the sample to report handling. Everything was timely and in professional manner.

If I can give more than 5 star.. I will give 7 star...Dr N K jindal had operated my father. He is great doctor and highly recommended.. The nursing staffs are very helpful and co operative.. Duty managers are also good... The food served are very hygine.. Food is served timely and if needed anything they are ready to help..person who is managing the canteen is offcourse very good... I would like to thank all the doctors, nursing staffs, house keeping staffs, canteen staffs and entire team from the bottom of my heart...

I am sharing my horrible experience from this hospital, first of all this hospital should rename their hospital from asian hospital dhanbad to no/poor communication hospital dhanbad I have visited 3rd time over there now I am sharing each day experience.. Day-1 I went there with my 1 and 4 months child for his eye treatment, the doctor visiting timing was 11am to 1pm doctor name sarojini murmu, doctor came at 1.05pm and we were waiting from 11.20am to till 1.05 pm for the doctor. She done her consulting and said come next week for the better understanding. Day-2 Called their so called call centre 4 times about the doctor availability( bcz day 1 we waited about less than 2 hours for the doctor with my small child) they told doctor will come at 12to 12.30pm in between. Then I went in the hospital at 12.28pm then I came to know through the reception that doctor is on leave for 7days. Then I told to the receptionist that you guys should told me earlier via call because it was a summer session and outside temperature was 45°, in that kind of hot weather I came with my small child and then I came to know doctor murmu was in leave, how pathetic it was. Now Day -3 Same I called twice to the so called call centre and they confirmed with the reception that doctor is coming at 12.30pm( her visiting time is 11am to 1pm as per the hospital) then i went to hospital at 12.46pm then I came to know because of lack of patient doctor has gone. Now few things to be noted: The so called call centre and the reception have no clue about themselves, doctor timings. Doctor has no ethics to wait for the patients atleast till their visiting hours. So my dear hospital management I don't know your internal issues but being a hospital you guys should look into this or else there are many options nearby. For the patient- don't waste your time and money both for this poor communication hospital, go somewhere else...
