Dr. Neha Bajaj- Obstetrics & Gynecologist In Dhanbad

I would like to thank Dr. Neha Mam and Team for service they have provided and the kind of support we have received over 10 days and during two-third maternity period of my wife. We were living in Delhi and initial treatment started there only but due to some constraints I have to come to Dhanbad. After coming to Dhanbad I was bit worried to see if I will get similar type of treatment in Dhanbad and I found Dr. Neha Mam to be best and even few of my known relatives in medical field recommended her. Dr. Neha Bajaj Mam is such an incredible doctor with immense knowledge available in Dhanbad for obs and gyno. She takes care of patients in very easy way so that even complex cases are handled easily. All the nursing staff are very professional and good in nature, I cannot call out any one by name as all are equally well. During our 10 days stay we established a friends type connection and are available 24*7. NICU staffs are way par when it comes to baby care. They handled baby more than we could have done and trained us how to take care of baby in initial days as it's our first baby. Cleaning and supporting staff were also very well. At the end I would say Dr. Neha Mam has a very good team and one can go for her.

Dr. Neha and her team have been a warm and reassuring presence throughout our journey. Her gentle guidance, patience, and steady hands gave us immense comfort during some very emotional moments. The staff was equally kind, attentive, and supportive. We felt truly cared for—and we’ll always be grateful for how lovingly they brought our baby into the world.

The delivery experience was good. Pre-delivery consultation was informative . From price point of view I am personally satisfied. However, the upkeep and maintenance of the property is on the low side. Hope the management will take note of that.
