The worst nursing staff. Every thing is good exept the nursing staff behaviour especially in ICU there behaviour to patient especially to the attended is too rude Today a husband of a old lady (diabetic patient)who was around the age of 75 came with tea and ask the nurses that wheather he can give rusk to his wife. The said no and he didn't listen he ask again they said too rudely that ""your wish !"" . When we had to enter ICU we were supposed to wear the gowns which one's who enter before us weared they have like 5 of it and they doesn't even provide clean gowns everyday what type of hygiene it is 🤢🤮and the worst part of it is shoe covers 🤮they have like dirt attached to it but we are supposed to wear them also they have only 2-3pairs of it and we are supposed to wear them after one will come outside or they have like 6 pairs of slippers if you don't want to wear covers . But they are not there whole day you will get it only if you are Lucky 😕🤢they have that kind of hygiene and the ICU even smells bad and when more than 2 nurse are together they make noise and laughter they talk things like gossip about attendant and patience each other's boyfriends and much more stuff like that the address the patient like "'iska BP'" check Kiya . they were elder they must be mentioned like Inka ,aap and the same does apply to attendants . And a girl who had her hair braided the told her rudely 😠like """don't go inside why are they like that make a bun them """. too tooo bad they must know ow to talk to others especially ladies And the patient of general ward are also in ICU so that all the patient are in one place and they don't need different nursing staffs they literally yell😤 at attendants they need to taught all the nurse that how to talk to elders or even everyone the talk like they are doing their jobs for free always frustrated 😞😞 the owner of the hospital is very good person he feeds the street dogs daily and also had a good management for them to sleep . I have seen many private hospitals but had the worst experience with staff here . Not the whole staff is bad but majority of them is.

I am very happy and satisfied with the treatment i got in City care multi-speciality hospital gaggal.nursing staff is very professional and too efficient doctors.doctors are very dedicated.rooms ,food and treatment is very good .

My sister is admitted in this hospital and be spend 5 days here and it was very good experience here mostly the new sister shilpa from baijnath she is very carrying and kind to the people Thank you to all the staf And doctor's
