I call the office this morning for appointment, the receptionist happen to be so rude. No courtesy to speak over the phone. She happen to ask for what are you calling? when i asked till what time the hospital is open/ close? she said anytime in a rude way. So disrespectful.
Needs to improve on timing of every staff of this hospital. We have to wait for like 2-3 hours on line for just ultrasound. Also to get the result of ultrasound, we have to wait for almost 2 hours again. Much better facility available in other hospitals.
This is how I have to spend nights on this hospital last week . If electricity is cut off then they don't even open genarator for patients who are staying there over night it's very different for us to stay there when there is no electricity. So, please do work on it and improve your hospitality.
