Nurses , reception, billing staffs needs and had to learn to be more professional ,Infrastructure needs to be more developed.🤔🤔🙄 Services should be affordable , Doctors OK and understanding,ultrasound and X ray service excellent. I would say ultrasound best in Dimapur over all not so unfavorable.I tried to gave honest review No offence please.

The ultrasound Doctor is one of the best in Dimapur. But having said that, I didn’t see very good sides of the hospital. The Doctor we were consulting came at 11 Am and left by 1 pm. We had to do certain tests and by the time results were out at 2 pm, the Doc was long gone. It took us 3 days totally to complete the tests and consult the Doc! Not a very good experience

The worst worst hospital in the whole Nagaland, dont make a mistake of going there the most dirtiest cabin i ever seen with the old broken AC and spidernet all over the room and the smell of the room is just horrible, not only that the staff are the worst looking at the you feel like jumping on the well thousand times. The charges are bills are like buying a gold 🥇 much higher the the 5 star hotel, it is just horrible don't ever make a mistake of going there and admit there, the health department should really need to look for that. I'm just shocked to see my bill when I make the payment Tribble the the normal bill that is just unacceptable.
