Zion hospital and Research Centre

Perfect location for a hospital. It's easily accessible. The place could do a whole lot better with daily cleaning and mopping. Canteen could do a lot better in terms of food varieties. Pharmacy operations could do a lot better too terms of speedy services. During rush hours it takes hours to collect medicine. Overall the hospital is sought after for having one of the best paediatric doctors.

X-Ray department's employees are very rude, they don't follow the first come first system. Just choosing patients as per their wish. When we requested them to attend the patients as first come first, then one of them told so rudely that if u ppl can't wait then can go. (Like we r doing in free of cost). So unprofessional.

Zero star because, Worse hospital ever. My loved one almost died there and is now in a very critical situation. It's not just facilities but even some doctors and nurses are very arogant and doesn't do their duties properly. Particularly day time Nurses appointed in the floor where room 209 is there. Those girls are full of atitude. They r not fit to be nurse. This hospital is not for patients with serious illness.lastly that ortho doctor who was on a leave we waited for ulike hell . If u go on leave like that for long what willbe the condition ofpatients who come to u .
