Dr. Sheela Verma is an excellent gynecologist with a wealth of experience. She is highly skilled and regarded as one of the most successful specialists in Giridih. I believe the staff's attitude toward patients and their guardians could be more patient-friendly and accommodating. It's important that staff members assist not only patients but also their families, making them feel more at ease and supported during their visit. One more thing I noticed is that the staff's attitude needs improvement. The behavior towards patients can be quite discourteous, and when we ask for assistance, there is often no response. This lack of communication and professionalism needs to be addressed. Another issue that needs attention is the payment method. Currently, the facility only accepts cash, which can be very inconvenient. This lack of flexibility, with no option for card or online payments, often leads to difficulties. While I understand there might be reasons related to tax or other policies, it creates a real challenge for visitors who have to search for an ATM, sometimes far from the facility. It would be much more convenient if there were additional payment options available.

One big problem when I claim the amount to the Mediclaim insurance company that time number of documents are not provided to the Sahyog hospital. Mediclaim insurance companies need the below documents but Sahyog Hospital didn't provide it, it's a very big problem. 1. Share the original copy Lab investigation report duly signed by MD Pathology with their registration number. 2. Anesthesia clearance not along with postoperative care instructions. 3. Attested copy of the complete set of Indoor case paper for the patient with doctors seal with his registration number on each sheet. 4. Copy of the registration certificate with complete infrastructure snaps of the hospital and treating doctor registration certificate as per the Medical Council of india. We have already discussed with the hospital staff and also as well as Dr. Sheela verma but she didn't provide the above documents. I'm sorry to hear about my experience with Sahyog Hospital. It must be frustrating to not receive the necessary documents, especially when you need them for medical or administrative purposes for the Mediclaim. One more thing the Sahyog Hospital staff team attitude needs to change. The staff behaviour lack of communication and professionalism needs to be addressed. The hospital management needs to make the decision for the future.

Additionally, some of the staff and cashiers seem to have an outdated mindset. The billing format is also problematic, as it does not follow the standard practices and lacks proper details, which could cause confusion.
