Dr. Ranjana Sharan Clinic, Hazaribagh

Very unprofessional doctor, I will never recommend this doctor to anyone, she will waste time of patient.. most of the patients come from different cities, since morning you have to wait for her..she will come late and than she will go for operation as well also so take lots of appointment for a single day...if you will find any other better gynecologist please ahead, don't waste your time for her

It was my first and last visit to her. It seems like she only cares about making money and not the patient. They don’t follow the numbers. When I reached the clinic in the morning I paid the fees 800 and got 2 waiting list. They called me as per number as a fresh patient and then Dr. Ranjhana suggested me to some tests and to come back with all the reports. By 4 pm I was there again in the clinic with all my reports but then in the reception they informed me that the doctor will first meet all the fresh patients and the she will talk to the morning patients with reports and for that I have to wait almost 2.5 hours. After 2.5 hours the receptionist just came out with all the morning patients reports and told that doctor said that reports are normal you can go home. When I insisted to go inside to meet doctor and discuss my report they said that doctor is busy with fresh Clint’s. So in short once you pay them the fees and done with the test and reports which give them high commission Dr. Ranjhana not even care about looking on to those reports and discuss with the patient even if you are confused and insist them . Pathetic experience.

Worst place, much crowded and even not good basic facilities for sitting area, dr has visiting fee @1000 which very expensive, working hour not fix dr. is coming very late, my personal experience was very bad, I had took appointment at 9 am and been waited for. 4 hour after that they send me to get ultrasound in a moment report came when we go back to show to dr again had waited for 3 hour. Very poor experience.
