Fernandez Hospital

Everything was great at Fernandez Hospital Unit 1. Dr. Sheeba Rani is an extremely talented and experienced professional—she took excellent care of my wife throughout the process. The C-section went very smoothly, and we were truly happy with the outcome. Our baby girl was born healthy, and we are deeply thankful for the wonderful support and treatment we received. I would definitely recommend this hospital for their exceptional service. We look forward to returning for our second pregnancy in the future

Hospital environment is very much comfortable for pregnant women and staff and doctors are very attentive and understanding. My delivery was handled professionally and took good care. Post delivery I needed some physiotherapy so Dr Sowmya physiotherapist handled and addressed my concerns patiently and professionally and helped me. Overall it was good decision choosing the hospital for my pregnancy and delivery.

The overall process and care at the hospital were smooth and well-managed. I am happy with the services provided and appreciate the professionalism displayed across most areas. However, there is some scope for improvement in communication between the nursing staff/doctors and the insurance team. It would be helpful if nurses/doctors were given more education and clarity about which tests are covered under insurance. For example, the BERA test was incorrectly billed under OP (outpatient) instead of under IP, which caused some confusion. Aside from this, the other services were amazing, and I am very satisfied with the overall experience.
