We have been visiting your hospital for a long time, and both of my children were born here. I’ve always had good things to say about your services and have recommended your hospital to many people. However, I feel compelled to share some feedback regarding a recent concern. While I understand the need for hospitals to sustain operations and ensure quality care, I believe the policy of requiring patients to purchase medicines and vaccinations exclusively from your pharmacy—at full MRP—is both unfair and unethical. Your reasoning might stem from concerns about the authenticity or expiry of medicines purchased elsewhere, which is valid. However, there are pharmacies located right across from your hospital that sell the exact same medicines and vaccinations—of the same brand and within proper expiry dates—at discounts of 25-30%. For families like ours, these vaccinations often cost ₹7,000 to ₹10,000 per visit. Insisting on purchasing these at MRP from your pharmacy imposes an unnecessary financial burden. If you are concerned about ensuring quality, an alternative approach could be to allow customers to bring medicines purchased elsewhere, provided they meet specific verification criteria. I urge you to reconsider this policy. Either offer discounts similar to those provided by most pharmacies or allow patients the freedom to procure medicines and vaccinations independently. Increasing consultation or service fees transparently would be far more acceptable than earning profits in a manner that feels coercive and exploitative. Your hospital has built a reputation for care and values, but practices like these risk undermining the trust and goodwill you have earned over the years. I hope you will reflect on whether this aligns with the ethos you aim to uphold.

Worst Service by Staff, have been waiting for 3 hours they are literally testing my patience.. There shoulde instant response right we are paying ₹800 consultation fee only to wait for 3-5hours.. Very Bad

Fernandez is the best hospital I ever know. Since 2016 I was visiting fernandez and every time they gave their best service. I had two successful births in fernandez. Doctors, mid wives, admin department everyone are super responsive. Doctors explain very clearly about every procedure they do to us both in case of pregnancy and delivery. Best part here is about their 24/7 Doctors availability. Pediatricians in fernandez are excellent. They diagnose and treat the kids in a very perfect way. Thanks to fernandez hospital, Doctors,staff and everyone working their for giving best services since ages. Even the critical pregnancy cases are dealt in a very effective manner here in fernandez. I personally saw many happy faces from conceiving to child birth in fernandez. Each and every branch of fernandez is fantastic at services and well experienced Doctors. I recommend fernandez 100% to women with gynecology issues and child birth issues.
