Giving these 3 star only for the labs. I went to give the blood sample but they asked me to wait for more than 45mins just for the sample. All the docs are good but the lab girls are taking 15mins to each patient. Kindly look after this matter, this is also the reason most of the patients are going out for the tests rather than giving samples here in the hospital. Proper 5 star to dr jannat, as she is very very calm lady. She explains each and every detail to the patients. Highly recommending this hospital only for dr. Jannat .
Horrible experience Will never like to visit again Regarding op department, it's not how well u build it's interior unless a patient is satisfied with the visit. Waiting time is so much . The patients times goes in roaming here and there. It's not at all organised.Some of the doctors behaviour is so rude ...it's like they shout at patients to decrease their stress. Staff is helpful a bit . But the main problem lies with the doctors ...it's like I report to one doctor, she says me to do tests and come , and then tests are read by some other doctor and then a different doctor prescribes medicine . How can she prescribe me medicine if she doesn't know my story . And also the pharmacy, they gave me wrong tablets ( brand name is different but active ingredient is same) but still I needed the one which doctor prescribed, as previous tablet didn't work for me and I had to take it urgently . Educate the pharmacy area. Let it be in a organised manner ...in a way where a patient is seen by a single doctor and leaves hospital with satisfaction.
