⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had a great experience at Steel City Hospital in Jamshedpur. The cleanliness was top-notch, with thorough cleaning done three times a day—definitely a 5-star effort! The nurses were incredibly supportive and friendly, making the stay much more comfortable. The cabins are spacious and well-equipped, featuring comfortable beds for guests. I also had the pleasure of consulting Dr. Ruchita Shina, who is not only soft-spoken but also exceptionally kind. Her polite demeanor can put half the patients at ease! For minor procedures like appendicitis or baby deliveries, I would highly recommend this hospital. The medical staff is attentive, and the support services are efficient. Overall, a fantastic experience! I felt well cared for and appreciated the personalized attention throughout my stay. The hospital's commitment to patient satisfaction truly stands out. Reason I am giving 4 is some there some lack in some of the behavior of the doctors i have seen and also not properly discharged some of the patient. Rest of all its very fine

The AC is just like HATHI ka daant. Installed with cover at the reception area having GLASS DOOR. Not switched on or not working. The management cabin at the 2nd floor, just before the ward area occupied by an elderly person ( may be retired and kept on extension) , replied my complaint in the same tune that he was calling the Dr. to attend my patient early. What about other patients? If any pic needed by the higher management, can be shares with date and time. In Nut shell- The management is total failure. Sab staff apne Malik ko Chuna hi laga raha hai.

Average experience, nothing great but not bad. The staff service only includes basic stuff, don’t expect something over the top! Know your doctors beforehand and please the payment system is quite different compared to a normal hospital, so be careful.
