Central Referral Hospital

The Hospital system has really changed. Visited yesterday night for my mother in law treatment at emergency. Now we don’t need to buy medicine , test slip and so.. their system does it all. No running and buzzing around to far flung bill counter for same. Thanks for changing that system. It definitely has added load to staff at emergency and he needs to be lauded for the promptness. Once we reached at the emergency ward door and the security noted us as emergency, they take care of you systematically and help you get down from car and help you get wheel chair and so. The team on emergency ward were so energetic and young, The sister senior was very well versed. I think if you could add up one atleast experienced senior doctor at the gang things could make more aromatic... For test and so, the staff takes the patient to the examination centre and so warmly. Sometime it is not medicine but the warm smile on your face acts as medicine. The billing was smooth and took us not more than 5minutes to clear us Off. All cards are accepted and makes the transaction smooth! The hospital is very near and clean. So it’s system. Very thankful to God that we have such a wonderful CRH in town!

Today I went to emergency to show my nephew for slip and fall case. He had a minor fracture. There was only one attender to get the medicines from pharmacy but she was busy helping the nurses and doctors with other patients. So, we had to go ourselves to get the pop materials from pharmacy. The whole procedure was completed within half an hour of admission. But discharge took 2 hours after the completion of procedure. We had to stand for two hours and request nurses and doctors time and again to complete discharge process. But I don’t completely blame them as the patient rush was quite high and the number of staffs were inadequate. I request the hospital to keep adequate staff so that patient do not suffer as my nephew was just a child and he had to go through a lot. There was no fan in the bed he was allocated so he had to wait outside for 2 hours until the discharge was completed. I hope the hospital management takes my review seriously and takes action as CRH has been a great part of all the Sikkimese people.

It was a good experience in CRH Hospital.my mother was admitted there from past 1week and she is under the Dr.Sabin and his team supervision and they have treated so well and I would like to specially thanks to his entire team for Their care. Whenever we need there assistance either in midnight his team was there with my mother. Thank you so much to entire team. And only the thing is just need to more focus on cleaning.
