Such a bad patient’s care service. They will tell you to call them between 9 to 10 and never receive the call or just ignore your call. The women at the reception must be someone really unqualified just literate women. They don’t know how to speak with respect. They totally ignored me in face last time when I asked them politely what are the procedures for seeing a doctor. A fellow patient told me the procedures. It is so funny these ladies are having chutzpah, who scribble names at the register, for the success of the owner. I mean what kind of hospitality is that. Please don't go there. Try contacting care and cure Gangtok it's far better.

Worst receptionist(s) and staff...worst!!! Always busy chatting and no decency to attend to customers, not even basic. Despite being a pharmacy, they don't give medicines. Won't even reply or address a customer properly. Poorest quality of personnel. Don't visit, even if you want to get a basic medicine.

Ridiculous behavior of those staff at reception dont have basic manner too. They keep yelling at patients party or get busy in chatting with their know person... though the doctor is genuine but hopless staff.
