Hospital is too big but facilities are not upto the level, no proper management system , the simplest test like complete blood count (CBC) they don’t do here Some sisters were rude no respect for patients and even dr have no time to listen to the patients problems Patients were waiting for more than an hour just for less than 1 min consultation

Very impressed with the overall experience at the hospital. Doctors, Nurses and all staffs were so caring and supportive. Have never seen a government hospital so nice as STNM - the best government run hospital in the country.

The staffs and Dr working at the ultrasound department is very disrespectful and careless . Doesn't work per schedule ,negligence towards patient . Shouts on patients saying they are busy while it is clearly seen that they were busy scrolling at phone . I wouldn't recommend the particular radio department specially the Dr from the ultrasound dept . I think govt should keep cctv near the stations as to know how the staffs function and take action on such staffs . I dont think we should neglect somebody's health over a irresponsible staffs / physicians .
