The experience was very bad. I visited Mangla clinic at 4.30 p.m on 28 October 2019 in a medical emergency. Her assistant said that "madam so rahi hen or sir ne kaha patient se kaho yahan se jaye koi emergency nai dekhnge" . We requested multiple times as the patient was in severe pain, then as well we got the reply that "doctor sir fir se kaha h ki madam ki nind disturb nai krni e..."
