Cloud Nine Hospital in Kailash Colony offers an excellent standard of care. We r here for Dr. Payal Singhal and undoubtedly she is not just a great doctor but a fine human being. The staff is professional, attentive, and genuinely supportive, ensuring that patients feel comfortable and well looked after throughout their stay. The hospital maintains high standards of hygiene and cleanliness, which is commendable and contributes to a reassuring environment. The food provided is also of good quality — both nutritious and well-prepared, meeting the dietary needs of patients effectively. However, one major drawback is the cost. The services are significantly expensive, which might not be feasible for everyone. While the quality justifies the price to some extent, the charges can still feel quite steep, even for routine procedures. Overall, Cloud Nine Kailash Colony is a great option if you are seeking top-notch care and don't mind paying a premium for it. And I want to thank the nursing staff Madhu, Hemani, Lalit(F&B) for utmost care.

I would like to express my heartiest gratitude to the entire cloudnine team. Starting with my Doctor Neha Khandelwal and my baby’s doctor Vinay. To all the staffs and nurses who were at toes throughout my stay. Food was great too, that goes to Miss Muskaan who is a dietitian and suggested/provided all healthy yet delicious food. Dr. Neha Khandelwal is an outstanding gynecologist who genuinely cares for her patients. Our experience with her was incredibly reassuring and positive.We were blessed with baby boy in 2023.Its been 3 years we are connected with her. She took the time to listen to our concerns, explained every step of the process in detail, and ensured that my wife felt comfortable throughout. We visited her for prenatal care, and she guided us through every stage of pregnancy with exceptional expertise and compassion. Her approach made my wife feel confident and well-supported. We highly recommend Dr. Neha Khandelwal to anyone seeking a skilled and compassionate gynecologist. She truly makes a difference in the lives of her patients.
