Putuonuo Nursing Home

My Review and experiencing. I have been to this hospital with my wife for the last one year baby plan and delivery. No adverse or complications is found. With times(last tremester) we were worried as it is going to be our first child delivery, hence we were on continuous check up after 3 to 4 days gap, yet we were informed, all is well and good and it will be a normal delivery. It was around 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. (the second day of my wife admission to this hospital), after a thorough checked up we were clearly informed by the doctor that the normal delivery will be by 10 pm to 11 pm, as all is well and good and told us not to worry. After some few hours of injection and medications my wife became somehow unconscious and the baby heartbeat became abnormal (foetal distress)and after every 20 minutes checking of baby hearbeat with different machines by different persons pressing and pushing the wombs from different angle with their hand and machines making her stomach red and feel pain even by slight touch, I somehow got irritated about their behaving ask in sincere way, yet 2 to 3 nurse response differently, one say, some people happens like this, another says normally injection are put in 5-6 dialets whereas yours is in 3-4 dialets, one told she don't know, things become litle doubtful and alarm, suddenly the doctor came immediately, he told me not to worry but will have to go slow and systematic/procedural way.. after some few minutes we were informed to mentally prepare for cesarean, I face a very challenging time as that was not what we want to from the very first place, with hope and trust for a year of continuous checked up, our expectations were 100% normal delivery. With no choice, She got operated and we stayed in the hospital for 6 days. During my stay for six days, I was unlucky I face many unexperienced nurses and poor communications staff and lack of professionalism in meeting the quality service to the patients, someone is worried about his or her life but the attitude of the staff is very unbecoming, and ya the room (3k) and service which I don't want to mention as I only went for treatment but to me it's not upto 1.5k room in other place.. There is a huge difference between these three: Business, quality of service and professionalism..! The doctor looks too old to be working.. should take voluntary rest unless interest in so or so plan.. "Service to humankind is service to God". Through this sharing of my experience, if any of my intention or writtings are negative or hurts anyone in particular/general, I seek forgiveness.

My father Mr Lanuangshi was recently diagnosed with the cancer of the salivary gland. We were referred to Putuonuo Hospital by Dr Thejasevi of the ENT point.We met Dr Keduovinuo who was very warm ,professional and approachable at the same time. Her explanation of the issue made very simple for us to understand and asked us to take few test.She advised us to go for surgery at the earliest and accordingly without any hesitation agreed to take the surgery at Putuonuo. The surgery was a success which lasted for about 7 hours .The doctors and the nurses took good care of my dad and his recovery from the surgery was also very quick,thanks to the good care given to the patient. After a week stay at Putuonuo and the surgery successful,with my dad recovering quickly the next thought was on the expenses to be paid for all the procedures. Dr Keduovinuo had assured us that she would make the entire surgery procedure cashless. As true to what the doctor had said,the entire procedure from surgery to staying at the hospital was all Cashless based on the Ayushman/ CMHIS scheme. We are grateful to all the Doctors and the nurses who took good care of my dad. We have an excellent nursing home in Putuonuo Nursing Home and I have confidence that we will get the right advice and treatment for the challenges that are to come for a cancer patient. I thank the Almighty for such a hospital. Recommended to all who need good care during treatment. Thank you Putuonuo nursing home. The services given by the staffs of this hospital is exceptionally satisfied. Except one lady receptionist in the first floor, full of attitude and not even ready to answer our queries- busy with her phone. ( She should be properly trained or taught how to how to assist others as a receptionist).
